dnuts n dogs

Vintage Jacket
Free People Dress
Free People Tote

This was the last Grant Park Farmer's Market of the year. The weather was a little cold and uncomfortable but not cold enough to keep you from getting a veggie dog and a gingerbread donut in the park. I wish I had gotten pictures of the food but I ate it too fast to take one. Dreary days are good days.

hi!

Hi! I just wanted to post a couple quick pics of me and my friend Wanessa's day in Inman Park. Always nice to spend a day off with a good friend and no solid plan. I recently graduated college (...woah) so you can expect more content from me going forward!

sounds of fall

It's starting to get colder in Atlanta and with the new fall season brings great music! I especially love this time of year because there's usually a show to catch every other night of the week. I've compiled a short playlist of songs I've been listening to on repeat for the past couple months and I can honestly say that each of these albums are incredible and worth listening to in their entirety. Give them a listen!

in the neighborhood

We decided to have a mini photoshoot around our building the other day. I love how much character and texture the old cotton mill building exudes. There's something special about living somewhere older; the atmosphere feels so much cozier to me. It's raw and eclectic qualities are what drew us to live here and I'm so excited to capture it more throughout the year.

bonnaroo flashback

Oh, Bonnaroo. Weird that this was over a month ago - it feels so much longer. These pictures make me want to go back to the beginning of summer and live these moments all over again. Hear Jack White's speech about having something "better to do". "Do you have something better to do? This is just you and me, right here in this moment." I still get chills thinking about that set. I love that now matter how many times you attend a festival it's always so different each time; each year attached with its own energy and emotions. This was a good one, for sure.

All pictures except for the last taken by Wanessa Costa

cut/copy

You know when you like a band, and then you see them live and that just spawns a full on obsession? Cut/Copy totally did that for me. I've been playing their newest album on repeat since seeing them at Bonnaroo and my love for their music has multiplied tenfold. No, make that onethousandfold. Shit loads of folds. I decided that this amount of love needed to be immortalized into the band poster above. I also chose to advertise their Paris show because Cut/Copy in Paris would be really badass, no?

Here are just a few songs I've been gettin' my groove to lately...

it's that time

Ahh, Bonnaroo. So close I can practically smell the dusty air and fried food carts. In a little over a week I'll be back on the farm with some awesome chicks, basking in the Tennessee sunshine running around from this tent to that. I CAN'T WAIT. This is going to be my third time at the 'Roo and there are a few things I want to do differently this year...

  • Take pictures! I'm usually so wrapped up in the good music and vibes and people that I don't remember to document the experience.  This is a must.
  •  Eat the festival grub! Bonnaroo has a lot of awesome healthy vendors this year. Why trek back to camp to make a pb&j when you can grab a veggie taco to-go?

Here are some snaps my friend Niki took last year:
